Christmas is approaching and thanks to a 1954 Bing Crosby song and movie, everyone is always wishing of a white Christmas. This, usually, from people in southern climates who never see snow. For those of us in the Northern US or southern Ontario, no thank you. (I actually prefer the years when my grass is greener on Christmas Day than it is in July, but I digress.)
The Book of Odds has produced this map of the United States and provides data on the probability of a white Christmas in your town. Simply click on the snowflake to reveal the results for your town.
Have fun!
Love the song. It snowed here last night, and I hope it hangs on. The last one we had was in ’68 and it was slush.
