In an article in at the website earth2tech.com, the authors note 5 major risks to green building market growth: Financial, legal and regulatory risk, plus green-washed building materials and driving energy retrofits.
I was glad to see that the author did not include reputation risk to this list. As always, reputation risk is a second order risk and not something that can be treated. It is only when there is a risk event caused by one of these listed here, will an organization’s reputation be harmed and at risk.
